Nitto: a family workshop founded in 1972, heir to Armenian craftsmanship

Behind this beanie lies a family story. In 1972, an Armenian family founded a small workshop in Clamart called Tricots Jean-Marc, specializing in knitting wool sweaters, beanies and scarves.

Year after year, the techniques, gestures and machines have been passed down, eventually becoming Nitto, a modern brand that continues this same craftsmanship in the very same workshops.

Even today, each beanie is designed, knitted and inspected in this workshop in the Paris region. A local, sustainable and thoughtful production, faithful to its original spirit: creating simple, beautiful and accessible accessories that are built to last.
