Return and Refund Policy

At Kiplé, we take pride in offering you high-quality, eco-friendly products, most of which are made in France. However, if an item does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return it under the conditions described below. 

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return a product, without needing to provide any justification. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items, depending on the terms specific to your geographic area.

2. Return Conditions by Geographic Zone 

2.1 Customers in Europe

(Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden) 

  • Eligible products: Any defective or non-defective item, provided it is returned unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition that allows resale.

  • Return period: 30 calendar days from receipt of the item.

  • Return methods:

    • By postal mail, using a return label provided by Kiplé (fixed fee of €8, which will be deducted from the refund);

    • Or free of charge directly at our store (Kiplé, 31 rue des Bains, 01220 Divonne-les-Bains, France).

  • Refund processing time: Within 30 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. 

2.2 Customers outside Europe

(United Arab Emirates, Canada, United Kingdom, United States)

  • Eligible products: Defective or non-defective items, returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return period: 30 calendar days from receipt of the item.

  • Return method: Only by postal mail, at the customer’s expense (no return label provided).

  • Refund processing time: Within 30 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products;

  • Opened or used products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, certain textiles);

  • Gift cards.

4. Return Procedure

Before returning any item, please contact us at contact@kiple.shop and provide:

  • Your name and order number;

  • The product(s) concerned;

  • The reason for the return.

We will then send you detailed return instructions and, if applicable, your return label.

5. Refund

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.

In case of a partial return, only the returned items will be refunded.

Initial shipping fees are not refunded, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
