Withdrawal right

At Kiplé, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

If, despite all the care taken in selecting our products, you change your mind, you have a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and European regulations.

A confirmation of receipt of your request will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Returning products

After exercising your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the items concerned.

Products must be:

• unused;
• complete;
• in their original condition;
• accompanied, where possible, by their original packaging.

Refund

After receipt and verification of the returned products, we will refund the amounts corresponding to the items concerned, using the same payment method as that used during the order, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund will be made within the time limits provided for by the applicable regulations.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations, certain products cannot be subject to withdrawal, including:

• personalized products or products made to order;
• unsealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
• any other category of products expressly excluded by current legislation.
